Whoo, I got a duck! It was a nice little green teal. Only one out of a potential bag limit of seven, but there were only five ducks within range this morning, and I was the only one in our blind to bag a duck. This afternoon I take off for the wilds of upstate CA for a weekend duck hunt. I'll be getting up at 4:30am tomorrow to sit in a blind in the cold, rainy darkness waiting for ducks.

Doesn't that sound like fun? There will at least be a nice retreiver to scratch behind the ears, and hopefully ducks. Mmmmm, ducks.

We'll be arriving in Boston around 7am on 17 December, and leaving (for Miami, woo!) in the morning on 24 December. Will you be around to play with us?
