bash.org is a large database of random IRC quotes (though I think some of them secretly come from IM conversations as well). It's a well of technical and/or extremely tasteless humor that ends up being referenced far too often at work, now that I think of it.

It's also the source of one of my favorite sayings ever, from one "HatfulOfHollow."
