I couldn't sleep as usual, and ended up randomly stumbling upon andLinux. It's a more or less full install of Ubuntu Linux(Kubuntu, really) that runs inside Windows. Terry Pratchett has Alzheimer's.He was talking about having had a stroke the last time I went to see him, and it was worrying, but he said that he didn't seem to have any lasting effects. While I am loathe to actually post real news on my journal, I should probably mention that I got engaged recently. It feels weird to mention it here, as this has very little to do with Batman or zombies. Though Maria did mention I should have a Batman cake at the wedding. Maybe I'll have him fight zombies. We just got a new contractor in at work to help me on a virtualization project, and it turns out he's the president of the Silicon Valley Linux Users' Group.
