His shoulders twitched first, reacting to the fact that they were bare, as he awoke. Raiden let out a soft noise as he stared at the ground in front of him. He didn't quite understand what was happening - wasn't he just talking with Rose? Is Rose even real? This question came to him just as quickly as his concern as to what had happened to her. Setting his hands down, he pushed himself up to look around. It seemed like even though he didn't want to, he couldn't stop being a soldier. Take in your surroundings. Find something familiar. Return to - He stared down his naked front as he realized that he was naked.
This didn't bother him as much as one would think that it would. The fact that just hours before he was gallivanting - though, Raiden wasn't sure if he'd use that word - about the Big Shell without any clothes made this current situation a little less horrifying. [Which rule was your favorite and why?] Currently, the one that is being nice to all players. I am sad that there has to be a rule like this, but players should remember that behind that screen and character, there is a person.

For the personality section, we just like to see a little more depth. As for the first person sample, we don't really hear Xavier's voice and some of the answers to the prompts are questionable in terms of characterization. The answers don't seem to reflect Charles character quite right. The third person, however, is fine.
As for the thought scanning, that's perfectly acceptable provided that you have player permission. It could be considered a little powered down in that sense since depending on the player, it may not work on the character. Using thought as dream influence is also same with the same restrictions!

[Personality]Janos is eternally patient and pious. He remains steadfast even though his entire original family, friends, peers, and all others of his race have long been dead, either by being murdered or by suicide. His sense of duty to the Reaver and to the one he sincerely believes to be the savior of his vampire descendants transcends the loneliness and pain he endures on a daily basis. He views the blood curse as a small price to pay for keeping the Hylden trapped within their prison. He has no idea that he was deceived by his own god, being an incredibly devout man--and given the nature of his faith he is also very fatalistic. ( ... )

I know it does not make your feelings any less valid, but I made a vow, long ago, to be faithful to one and one only, for eternity. Despite Momo's looks, she is a kind person who often cares more about others than herself. Easily, she would give up her own life for another person, even Sae. Momo tends to be the person who is happy about others success, the one who will cheer on for everyone, but when it comes to herself, she will easily put herself down and even deny the right to be cheered on. Anyone who has been through everything she has, Momo will relate to them and give them a little prep talk. Easily she will talk about her problems, but will try to avoid things to solve them, thus leading her to be a bit stubborn ( ... )
