Terrible curses we've been having, hm?  I can't say that I disagree with the sentiments of those who have been vandalizing the City lately, but I do wish they would express themselves without defacing the buildings.  I'm thankful that my memories weren't projected onto the network for all to see, however!

I've put together something of a rough guide ( Read more... )

city, city guide

It's different. Isn't that enough? Different compilers are likely to focus on different information.

This guide seems pretty good to me. Especially the advice on how to be prepared for curses. Seems like a lot of people weren't ready for the beer one. Though it wasn't too bad, for a curse.

Only I don't exactly remember what I said to people on the Network that day or to who.

Oh, thank you! Perhaps I should include a bit on what to avoid doing curses? Many people would do well to avoid the network on curse days.

I'm sure it was nothing too humiliating.

I think that's probably a losing battle. I mean, lots of people end up posting accidentally, anyway, so maybe it's better to post on purpose. Hmm...

In the grand scheme of things here, no, probably not.

True enough. I half suspect the devices have minds of their own sometimes.

Did you experience a hangover? I've heard that they're dreadful.

The vandalism.. I wonder what they hope to accomplish.

Perhaps they want to make the deities well and truly angry? I can only hope that the deities will be sensible enough to punish the responsible parties rather than the entire City.

Whatever their purpose, they should consider having their messages peer-reviewed. The spelling and grammar is atrocious! "Dietys go home"? Really.

I imagine they'd have to try harder to really make an impact.

Well, they're most likely delinquents.

I'm not sure about that. The deities' tempers can be rather short, it seems.

That's no excuse! I have half a mind to go correct their errors.

S'ppose I could agree with that.

Those are really helpful. Thanks.

I was certainly hoping they might be. You're most welcome, miss!

This is quite a fair lot of effort, Carl.

To be fair, most of the information was already available on the network or readily accessible by asking around. Thank you, regardless!

Regardless, compiling and archiving the information available in one accessible link isn't an easy task. Don't be so humble.

Any and all humility is an act, I assure you.
