Yay, I'm excited I survived those two 5 min runs & two 3 min runs! I didn't think I'd make it, but I did! Also...for once, my shins aren't killing me. Maybe I've mastered that slow "forever" pace that I'm always hearing about & by running slower, it wasnt as rough on my shins? Or maybe the long break from running helped haha
