JaeJoong was safe and warm in ChangMin's arms and had not been so happy as now. Too tired to open his eyes, he crept closer to ChangMin and pressed his face against ChangMin's chest, but was interrupted when he felt something cold against his throat. Alarmed JaeJoong opened his eyes and saw that someone was standing over him and ChangMin!
"Come slowly out of bed and follow me... And if you do not do what I say, I'll kill your beloved husband!" JaeJoong heard the soft whispers of the man and stood up, trembling, his head was red with shame and fear, he was still naked! JaeJoong gulped a moment and looked in panic down at the sleeping form of ChangMin, silently praying that he would wake up and save him! When ChangMin did not move and just slept JaeJoong got into a panic. "Put your clothes on!" Snapped the man in disgust and threw a robe in JaeJoong's face.
Still with a knife pressed against his neck the man pushed JaeJoong through the house and straight to the back door. The man pushed the door open and the bright sunlight blinded JaeJoong immediately. JaeJoong gasped for breath and was standing still, frozen with fear. ChangMin told him that the sun would not kill him, but he was still afraid to go outside! "Move!" Snapped the man and pushed JaeJoong with violence outside! JaeJoong immediately got a headache, the light was too bright for him and he suddenly felt tired, so tired and exhausted ... JaeJoong had the greatest effort not to fall and to keep his eyes open. His heart began to pound hard and he felt as if something heavy was tied to his ankles, he suddenly felt so heavy! Now and then he stumbled and fell to the ground, to the great annoyance of his abductor.
JaeJoong narrowed his eyes slightly and tried to look around and saw a car in front of him standing. The windows of the car were not so darkened and let the sunlight in, and he had to go inside! JaeJoong struggled and thought quickly and made a decision. He did not know whether the threat of his abductor was bound to believe, if they could have done something to ChangMin, then why had they not done it when they had the chance? JaeJoong realized that his attacker might be afraid of ChangMin! JaeJoong opened his mouth and screamed as loud as he could, "CHANGMIN!"
JaeJoong felt someone hit his head really hard back and he slammed to the ground. A second blow followed and JaeJoong lost his consciousness ...
Two pairs of hands lifted him and dragged him to the waiting car. Just when JaeJoong was laid on the ground and his abductor opened the car door a man turned his weapon on the abductor and shot!
The man who just wanted to lift JaeJoong was hit full in his shoulder. The shot was not lethal but very painful and the attacker was temporarily disabled.

”CHANGMIN!” The cry woke ChangMin from his sleep and he looked around with a startled expression. JaeJoong was gone! ChangMin jumped up, grabbed his robe off the hook and pulled his robe already running at vampire speed on. Outside he threw the door open and was forced to stand still to orient themselves. The sun blinded him and kept him from looking for his JaeJoong. ChangMin was convinced that JaeJoong was there somewhere, he could smell his scent!
The sound of a gunshot alerted ChangMin and he began to run, right on the sound! He smelled the strong scent of human blood and the distinctive smell of JaeJoong. With narrowed eyes ChangMin recognized JaeJoong on the ground and lifted him up. JaeJoong's body was limp and clearly unconscious! Beside him was a limp unconscious body on the ground, bleeding from a serious gunshot wound in his shoulder. ChangMin hung JaeJoong's slack body over his left shoulder and with his right hand he grabbed the collar from the man and dragged him inside. ChangMin dragged the man behind him and paid no attention to the injuries of the man. His face scraped along the ground and started bleeding.
ChangMin threw the man forward into the house and heard to his great satisfaction how his body slammed against the wall. Severely weakened ChangMin wore JaeJoong to the couch in the living room and tied the man's wrists together. From the pockets of the man pulled ChangMin different weapons, knives, a gun and he even had a small crossbow in his backpack! ChangMin knew he was dealing with a vampire hunter and looked disgusted.
Furious shouted ChangMin to his guards and when nobody came ChangMin stiffened. He arranged a bunch of extra guards in special suits to protect themselves against the bright sunlight and instructed them to the land around the house and the house itself to be searched. He also wanted to know urgently where his guards were, they had to stand outside, in special suits and wait! Not much later he got the news that all his guards were dead, slain by an anti-vampire weapon. Furious clenched ChangMin his jaw tightly and listened further to the report of his new guards. All that was left of his guards were a bunch of shriveled, dry bodies, barely recognizable. The bodies looked like they were completely dried out and perhaps even had lain years in a dry environment! “Who has shot the hunter?” Nobody knew the answer to ChangMin's question, there was simply no one found. "I want you to identify the shooter and bring him to me!"
ChangMin closed his eyes briefly and felt increasingly irritated. "Close the curtains!" Commanded ChangMin his servants and grabbed the hunter and squeezed in his injured shoulder. The hunter opened with his eyes with a cry and shook as the fiery pain from his shoulder through his body shot. ChangMin gave the hunter no time to recover and grabbed his head and threw the hunter against the wall. “Who are you?” ChangMin snapped and grabbed the hunter firmly. When the hunter did not answer him and even refused to look at ChangMin he grabbed the hand of the hunter. With a jerk he pulled the index finger from the man right back and it broke with a loud cracking sound. The hunter screamed and whimpered in pain. "I’ll ask you again, who are you?" Asked ChangMin with a dangerous voice. When the hunter again not replied ChangMin broke a finger and then another! The cries of the man filled the whole house and sounded frightening. ChangMin looked disdainfully down at the hunter, ready for more fingers to break and grabbed a new finger...
"Stop, stop!" Cried the hunter. He could no longer endure the pain, it was too much. "My name is Hyun Su!" ChangMin looked triumphant when he saw the expression from the hunter and leaned closer over him. "And tell me, Hyun Su ... What were you going to do with my wife?" Hyun Su fell silent again, he feared the wrath from the vampire more than his torture. ChangMin stood up and kicked with his foot on the toes of Hyun Su. The hunter shouted and screamed as the bones of all his toes at once broke and tears started rolling down his cheeks ...

For centuries raged a war between the vampires and vampire hunters. For centuries, there have been murdered, by both the vampires and the hunters. ChangMin quickly decided that he would let the subject rest, he did not want to scare JaeJoong and agreed. "Take him to the basement!" ChangMin crowd JaeJoong conscious closer to him and learned that he would see how Hyun Su was dragged along. "Relax," ChangMin said soothingly, patting him gently on his shoulder.

After JaeJoong had drunk some blood, he felt something immediately improved but it was still far from good. The pain was less but not completely disappeared.
When JaeJoong his second glass of blood had been drinking, he felt very tired and hung against ChangMin. ChangMin put his arms around JaeJoong and lifted him gently from the couch. The guard in the house was visibly improved and everywhere, in every way and on every corner guards now stood on guard. ChangMin closed his bedroom door behind him and lifted JaeJoong back to bed and helped him out of his robe, he slept now almost. For a while stared ChangMin at his wife and licked his lips. He did hard his best to keep his composure and covered JaeJoong’s body quickly under the covers and stood up. ChangMin gently pressed a kiss on JaeJoong's forehead before he turned.
When ChangMin was sure that JaeJoong slept ChangMin dressed himself quickly and went downstairs and straight to the basement. Behind a closed door ChangMin saw the hunter lying on the ground and with closed eyes. His breathing sounded too rushed and the pain was too much for the hunter to be able to sleep. With a loud bang ChangMin let the door fall in the lock and saw to his delight that the hunter froze when he was startled by the unexpected sound.
ChangMin crouched down beside Hyun Su and stared long and hard to the hunter. "What shall I do with you ..." ChangMin grabbed the backpack with weapons that his guard had given him and pulled the contents from the bag and examined them all carefully. "You know what I wonder ...?" ChangMin paused and took a knife with a bunch of strange symbols engraved on the blade out of the bag and looked intently at the weapon. Slowly he looked up and stared hard at the hunter. "... I wonder what an anti-vampire weapon does when it is used against a man." ChangMin saw with satisfaction that the hunter, Hyun Su was staring in shock at him and grinned at the hunter. "You'll pay for what you intend to do with JaeJoong! You will be punished with death! ChangMin stabbed quickly and pressed the knife in the right leg of the hunter , touched his slaughter vein. ChangMin threw him in the corner and let him bleed to death.
ChangMin stood up and looked disdainfully down at the lifeless body from the hunter and ordered his guards to dump the body to somewhere were many people came. The message that ChangMin left for the hunters when they found the body was simple, "STAY AWAY FROM MY WIFE!" ChangMin was sure that his message was understood.
ChangMin gave the backpack with the weapons to an servant with the task to put the bag away. He did not throw the stuff away, he still wanted investigate the stuff, He wanted to get to know his enemy. My wife and I want to temporarily not be disturbed" was all what ChangMin said to his servant before he walked away.
Still ChangMin pushed the bedroom door open and found that JaeJoong was still asleep. Quickly he slipped inside and then into the bathroom. He was covered with Hyun Su´s blood and he definitely does not want that JaeJoong got to see the blood. ChangMin was afraid that maybe the hunter would evoke memories, memories from his childhood and the death from his parents.
ChangMin knew JaeJoong was not ready for the whole long story, but he could not wait any longer. The vampire hunters were everywhere and JaeJoong was a target. Sooner or later MUST JaeJoong the truth about his past know how painful this was.
ChangMin threw his blood-stained clothes in the hamper and crawled into bed next to JaeJoong. JaeJoong immediately turned in his sleep to him and crept closer to him and let out a soft sigh.
ChangMin remained awake, even though it was now noon and the sun was high in the sky, an unusual time for a vampire to be awake and stared at JaeJoong's sleeping face. The chance that something would go wrong now the whole house was guarded was small but the uneasy feeling ChangMin felt did not go away. And anyone who still bothered JaeJoong got problems with him!
With that thought he fell asleep, not aware how difficult it was going to be to keep that promise...
