I beat the system! Stupid iTunes and their ways, but I found a way to get the desired song....even if I did have to pay 99 cents, at least I could download it. I would share it with you guys, but since I downloaded it from iTunes, they sort of prohibit that kind of stuff.

What a day! I only had two classes though, so it wasn't so bad. My Japanese class is very, very small...and once again, I have to get used to Furukawa's teaching style. So, I got back from the Bay Area about an hour or so ago. We went to go visit California College of Arts (and Crafts). because, I am heavily toying with the idea of going to art school once I graduate from UCSB. We went on a tour (in the pouring rain), and then wandered around the neighborhood. I really liked the school, from what I could gather. ( Read more... )

Well! I just finished my first "official" romance novel. It was a little mundane, and rather boring, and annoying at parts, but all in all, a decent story. I didn't like the fact that the woman ended up pregnant in the end...but I guess that was the equivalent to happiness back in those days. So, supposedly I need glasses. Reading glasses, actually. I picked out the frames today, and I look pretty spiffy. O_o;

I started reading a romance novel for the first time. I have to say, I have read better romantic fanfiction. Infact, I find fanfiction more enjoyable than the adventures of Sophy Borring and Earl Julian Ravenwood! -_-;

So, today we went and checked out the Ikea that opened up in good ol' West Sacramento. How much do I love Ikea, let me count the ways! Not only for their awesome, and amazingly priced furnature in wonderful styles, but just...the sense of community that you feel while you are there.
