About two years ago, a friend told me I had no motivation to do anything with my life. I was told that I really wasn't serious about a career, and that I just wanted to get married. So I am fatter than I was in high school.
I am extremely worried. How did this happen? I am on a strict diet and am trying to find time to work out but I have too many jobs.
I am eating 2 meals a day with one snack. I will eat breakfast and lunch, and a snack at night. I have done this for 2 days, and I've gained weight. I don't know where to -

I don't get it. I'm trying to eat only 1500 calories or less on a normal day (because that's nearly impossible when I eat out considering most meals at restaurants are 1500 calories), and I try to burn off at least 400 calories a day running and lifting.
