Non-beer entry. So, I got my acceptance letter from Sheffield University today, which I'm happy about. I applied for the MA in English Literature (Research Track). Woot, beer update. I know you all have been waiting on bated breath, so here it is. The latest news form my breuwerij. I'm sitting on 15 gallons of fermenting beer and cider, a fridge with about 12 gallons of beer, and I just ordered ingredients for a kolsch. After my first two hours of work today I totally got promoted. I was hired and trained as an SAT tutor, but after doing two hours with a PSAT kid (which is in the Learning Center system), they said 'Why the hell aren't you in LC?' So now I am, and I get paid like 25% more too. Woot.

I was accepted into Aberdeen's MLitt for Literature and the Novel, woot woot.

Well, I bottled my Honey Brown Ale today--50.5 bottles, not so bad. My Vanilla Creme Ale, which was my first recipe completely of my own devising, is about ready to rack to secondary fermentation.
