Seriously, I just cracked open a bitter for Dad and I--they taste amazing. 10 days of bottle-conditioning, 9 days in primary fermentation, a week and a half in secondary fermentation, and that was it. I have a yeast problem. I know, not only is my personal hygiene lacking, but I have a very swollen liquid brewer's yeast pack sitting in my room. If I don't use it within two days or refrigerate and then use it within 4 days, it'll go to waste.
