Just to let all who read my post about the broken hip - she is through surgery and doing okay. (I'd upgrade it to great, except the docs have her out of it today. I'm not sure if it's pain meds or calmers). She was awake last night after the surgery and talking to folks, so she is fine. Next step, rehab.
