Missing something
I cried so hard Sunday that I didn't think there were many other tears to be had. I am dry for now, but feel the weight of tomorrow trying to push tears from my eyes. Loving and losing someone in such a tragic and abrupt way has changed the fiber of who I am......drink with me to days gone by. -
History repeats itself

This year has gone by so damn fast!!! My parents always told me that the older you get the shorter time seems, and they were totally right. A lot of people that I have talked to recently are all pumped up for christmas. They are rocking the carols in their cars on the way to work and decorating their homes with lights. We live on borrowed time. We talk of all the things that we will do in the future like it's guarenteed. Like we are invisible to time, as if it won't pay any attention to our smear on this earth. We smile. We carve our names in trees, and we smile. And we try oh so hard to ignore the decay as we do. -
