i felt really unappriciated today and it sucked.  at some points i thought i was the only one working in a sea of slackers.

I wish people understood what stage managers do. I wish they knew that a stage manager is there first, unlocks, turns on lights, sets up the room, etc, all before the director even gets there. I wish more than one in 75 actors would sincerely check on their stage manager and ask if there's anything they could help with. I wish directors weren't so ( Read more... )
