So I ate my normal breakfast (1/2 a cup of kashi go lean cereal and a little skim milk), then at work 1/4 of a bagel with light cream cheese and now I just finished lunch, a lean cuisine lasagna and a little bag of carrots, so I am up to 500 calories. I am going to try to be really good and not eat much else until tonight so I can have my Taco
