Asphalt smells really bad, and doesn't help pre-existing head aches go away.

A psychiatrist agreed to see me despite my lack of insurance- but they can't fit me in until the end of June.  They are supposedly awesome so I made the appointment- but I need help before that.  I don't know what to do.

I woke up in a panic again today.  My Mom distracted me.  I feel a bit better...but I can't really concentrate on anything.  I forgot to call Tim even though earlier this morning I was counting the minutes.  I can't get myself to do the things that I need to do despite the fact that they will help me.  I have made a list of things to keep me busy ( Read more... )
