Whilst compiling my wishlist on Amazon.com, I came to the realization that I like towels. I really like towels. I apparently like them so much I ended up with about eight sets wishlisted without realizing it. All that Egyptian cotton and Terry cloth was very hard to resist. Currently having a whole "I am totally weird" moment. 0_0

Just as I am freaking out about the LSATs and lawschool, a lot of my friends are going through the process of applying for their MFA programs. One is applying for poetry, three for fiction and one for nonfiction. One of the guys applying for fiction called me today completely panicked. This morning, driving to work, I was surprised to notice that the leaves had changed, and there were piles on either side of the street. Mounds and mounds of orange-gold scattered charmingly over lush green. The skys were a slight overcast with blue peaking through and the wind cast a brisk breeze. So for Halloween, DG and I went to our friend Emily's costume party dressed as corporate vampires. This was done because A. I had to go there immediatly after work and had no time to change, and B.
