I have decided to try out Google+. I'm not on Facebook, so I don't have a baseline to compare it to, but it is rather quiet. -

So, we had an All Hands Meeting today so that DOE could tell us not to worry...too much. If the continuing resolution doesn't go through next Friday, then they going to shut down all the National Labs for 2 weeks. I got an email today telling me that my 20th high school reunion was in the planning stages. The co-chairs of the reunion were two people whose name I do not remember. New Phone
Yesterday, I upgraded my regular cell phone to an iPhone. The price on the cheapest iPhone just got slashed to $49, and I've been wanting an iPhone for over a year. However, my iPhone has already been usurped by D who wants to play Angry Birds and Farm Story on it. I'm very nervous about this as I'm afraid she'll drop the phone. Christmas Season Events
The winter storm that is now heading toward the East Coast blew through us yesterday. It was definitely very, very WINDY and full of snow. So, it was the perfect day to take a trolley to the North Pole to see Santa. D was very excited about this until she actually saw Santa and then she was very scared.
