Things are pretty quiet here in Somerset. Been biking around Minehead (gave my leg new scars to heal over, ah well). Tried to remember a bike route that I did last summer (couldn't find the map) and managed to get completely in the wrong place but at least knew where i was. Whey hey!

Back in UK now, shadowing vets in Bridgwater, Somerset. Went to Nick's graduation, which is much more somber then an American one, with a Lord as a guest speaker. and they get hoods  instead of mortor boards with tassels.  It is quite impressive to see the School's Dean whipping these hoods on to each student as they graduate ( Read more... )

Am back on the western Atlantic shores, but am soooo busy with visiting family and friends. Went to Maine to be supportive as my sister interviewed for her dream job.
