...while I was out to lunch yesterday, I spotted a couple of these new Traffic Enforcement cars near by Trafalgar square. Little smart cars with what looks like a camera of some sort on a pole, sticking out of the roof, decaled up with CCTV and the little traffic enforcement signs.
