If you don't already have, Get a Reynolds Oven Cooking Bag for Turkeys. I have been using them for almost 20 years and they make turkey cooking a breeze.

Reynolds Turkey bags have allowed me to throw in any old on Sale turkey and have it come out just fine. Plus, it cuts time off the cooking.

have a good Thanksgiving

Yes, i also hate to cook and have no talent or skill at it whatsoever, but turkey is not a problem. Get a good, young well-fed turkey; i get Butterball or Norbest (usually cheaper but very tasty). If frozen give it four days to thaw (too late for that now, i know.) Cook it real slow (minimum recommended temperature, maximum recommended time).I haven't used the Reynolds bag, but it sounds like a great idea.

Fortunately, it has been thawing since Sunday. :)

I learned the hard way that low and slow is best for an awesome turkey. Last year we had turkey for dessert. :D

Also, I don't know why you say you're not good at cooking. I've had your food plenty of times and it's tasty!
