Today was a good day in RA land. The pain is minimal in my left wrist and right index finger (it's always there to some effect), but no incapacitating pain anywhere else like in my ankle last week, and I haven't needed the cane. I was able to do a little yoga this afternoon...felt terrific. I am hoping to work up to more and more yoga as my body ( Read more... )

Rheumatoid Arthritis.  That's what I've got.  Cried in the doctor's office.  Scared.  Must move on and manage it.

At least I got my knee drained and shot with cortizone.
