Midterm grades are in already.  I have a 90% in math, which by their grading scale is actually a B.  The test that we took Friday is not included on our midterm grades, but I got a 104% on that one, so my current grade is probably higher.  All my other midterms range from 96%-99%. also, snow today? get over it mother nature!

have i mentioned my neighbors always seem to have to one-up me on decorations? they always seem to put their holiday decorations out a day or two after i get mine up. and its happened again. on sunday, i put up my "Welcome Fall" flag with Snoopy and Woodstock jumping in a pile of leaves. i also put a few leaf window clings on my storm door. last ( Read more... )

heh heh heh heh heh

one thing i really dislike about my job? sometimes the manager gets cranky and gives you busy work. like tonight. when i wad given,multi purpose spray and several magic erasers. im now cleaning the walls of the rink of all the black scuffs left by skates. its cold and my arms already hurt. i was hoping id get off early tonight too....

I think my favorite thing about my job at the ice rink is nights like this one was.  I was working in the Skate Park for 5 hours.  First 2 hours, no one showed up.  Read a little (I learned early on to bring a book to work with me), watched some TV (America's Next Top Model reruns), and played around on my Driod.  Next 3 hours, I had 3 young ( Read more... )

so far so good! had an hour and a half plan period first thing this morning. Then a pretty good class that only tried to get 4 bathroom passes out of me. The 6th block of the day is taught with another treacher who said she didn't really need me since they were just working on an essay and taking a quiz. so now im on lunch with a nice 2 hour break ( Read more... )

Got back from vacation on Sunday. Went to visit a friend in Florida. Stayed in Tampa, visited Universal Studios in Orlando, and went to the beach at Sarasota. Lots of driving :-)  I had a very good time despite almost being attacked by a T-Rex at the Jurassic Park section of Universal

Last day of school is started. Only 5 and a half more hours. Very bittersweet.
