i can't sleep.
i never liked receiving phone calls late at night or early in the morning. it never spells good news.
now all i can think of is how she looks when i left her this afternoon. how can i sleep now?
we have to expect the worst, no matter how reluctant.

the one about getting a quarter of a century old....
oofelt like any other day, thanks to all who remembered and all the well wishes.
and in typical me fashion, the whole day was packed with activities.
- swam 60 laps
- buffet lunch at the line@ shang
- hair cut
- spin class
- simple soup spoon dinner
so now i is officially a tad bit older and hopefully wiser :) -

the deed is done. and i survived! :)
thank goodness woke up to relatively clear skies this morning as the weather was baaad all through the week. the butterflies were already starting to make a ruckus in my tummy. its the nerves i swear.

The Straits Times A PROMISING teenage triathlete collapsed after crossing the finish line in a South-east Asia Games selection race yesterday and died soon after.
