I have seriously considered stopping my blog here - I like writing on here but sometimes I feel I no longer have friends. It just seems like such a waste these days - like my words dont mean anything to those out there. So unless something happens as of right now I am seriously considering shutting down

I know what you mean about LJ,I dont write in much but when I do it is out of habit and mostly for myself since no one ever comments much or probably doesnt even read it. Have you ever looked into any of the "add me" type communities on here?They are full of people looking for new lj friends. I posted on there and I made a few new friends on there about a year ago.
