Random update because it's been months and I'm sure everyone has been worried sick about me. I'm in WI learning Thai. I was able to squeak out an AB for the first semester and doing alright for the second semester. I so don't want to do tonight's homework. Today I did something I've wanted to do since I was 10 years old. I got my second hole in both of my ears. I now need to disinfect my ears twice a day in salt water for the next 6-8 weeks. The store/parlor was nice and clean; plus they only do piercings. My ears still slightly hurt though. My mom always said if I did this she would cut me off ( Read more... )

Final grades have been posted. I earned 2 As and 2 Bs. My final paper grade in theory however is troubling me. I got a C on it. I worked really, really hard and earned a C. I don't know what I did wrong. I expected the Bs in Gender and Proseminar, so I'm not upset about those.
