Seriously, that was beyond adorable. It was so typical for him almost. I feel like he has all these secret little passions that he never tells anyone about.
That's another great thing that next season can bring. Robin might discover tons of secret things about him that he'd never dare tell anyone. heh.

I loved the episode and your amazing pic!spam.

After multiple viewings of the last scene (and not just for the song, which I love), I decided that I'd be too terrified to jump to the next building. And if I did, I'd definitely fall. And then there'd be no way back over if I made it.

Marshall and Lily are the biggest BroTP shippers ever. I really hope Ted starts shipping them soon.

I loved Barney with the violin. That was adorable.

The hospital scene was great.

Adding to memories.

I guess the buildings were closer together than they seemed, and the other one was slighter lower so it only...looked scary. That's what I'm assuming. Because otherwise it seems kind of insane, lol. Like I get the metaphor, but I doubt Ted would want to leap into another career if he or one of his friends accidentally DIED! woops!

I think Ted does ship them. He's been pretty smiley about it thus far. I think he'll be happy. He just probably won't cry about it like Marshall, haha!

Honestly, that jump looks kind of big. If you didn't make it you wouldn't be like, "oops! I bumped me knee!" you'd be like, "oops! I DIED!" lol. Lol, I kept going, "Noooo! Don't do it, Marshall!" I mean, obviously, the finale wasn't going to end with all of them DYING, but in real life, no way would I be convinced to make that jump ( ... )

Oh wow, that is a really interesting thought. You're right, I don't think he's ever had sex with anyone he actually cared about before. It's almost like Robin took away his "feelings" virginity or something, ha.

You know, I feel like I could write a whole thesis on Barney & Robin, haha. I mean, they're just really psychologically fascinating to me.

They've so been analyzing B/R as much as we have all season long.
Oh gosh, I started working on the Robin-picspam tonight and I was looking at caps from "The Fight". Marshall is like analyzing Robin's every move while she's all over Barney. HA! I remember looking at Lily's reaction to them back then but not at his because I wasn't sure he knew. Oh my. I need to watch the whole season again from a new perspective.

Same! And I feel like the writers put this much thought into it, too, you know? Like all of NPH's interviews about what it WON'T turn into. It makes me more willing to invest in the ship, since I really believe they know what they're doing.

Oooh. Now you're making me want to re-watch the season knowing that Marshall knows! I bet I'll feel better about it as a whole because there have definitely been a couple of times when I felt like someone should've said, "Why are you being so weird, Barney?" But if Marshall was keeping the secret, too, it makes sense he never said anything.

Yea, exactly. I liked how when Carter Bays was asked directly about Barney's driving abilities in an interview he had an actual response that made sense because he said they talked about it in the writers room (before going ahead with the storyline in 'As Fast As She Can'). I don't think the show is mistake-free by any means, but I feel like the writing staff does at least care about characterizations and things making sense ( ... )
