At work today, a police officer came in asking to see someone's picture because he needed to arrest the guy but wanted to know what he looked like so he knew he was arresting the right guy. For the first day back to work after 4+ days of being closed, we were surprisingly not as busy as I thought we would be. Today's weather couldn't be more perfect. Blue skies, gentle breezes, not to hot, not to cold, birds are singing and no work.

Of course, tomorrow is "back to work" day. My body is not going to like being woken up at 6:30am. Oh well, the money pays the bills, right?

I was so tired yesterday and figured it was because I was fighting the ear infection. I had a bout of tiredness in the late afternoon and again before going to bed at 2:30am (which really not late for me on a weekend. I woke up this morning and could barely hear out of my right ear. It started bothering me on Thursday evening on the way to the movies but I was hoping it was just the wind that started it since we were in Patrick's Jeep with the top off. Tonight starts the beginning of my four day weekend. I was hoping to go to the movies tonight but alas! I have no one to go with. The hubby is on ambulance duty all night and the kids all have plans.
