It's past three oclock in the morning and i still couldn't sleep, so i popped in three tylenol pm's. they are working pretty quick....i just needed it so bad because i started having yet ANOTHER panic attack. now...i am calm...knowing soon i will sleep...and my worry thoughts will be just another distant memory of yesterday....not affecting today. So i feel alot better. I'm not mad anymore, because i knew why i was that mad in the first place. it was all out of pain.
