One of the best parts of my day is after dinner when I sit on the couch and Sativa snuggles up beside me. If I go upstairs instead, she tries to get me to come down and sit with her. Sativa is such a comfort in my life. You never have to question the love of a smart dog.

My crazy is very internal. Meaning unless I'm in full blown panic attack, I seem cool, calm, and collected on the outside. This is both a blessing and a curse. I'm glad I can fake it with new people in stressful situations, but I wish that I could somehow show more to my friends and family so they know I'm not always as steady as I seem. So...I got a promotion at work. I have my own team of creative people for the marketing of things. When we get to 30 accounts, I'll have a second team under me as well. We have 13 or so (I haven't counted) right now.

Today is the US release date for American Mary. It's the second movie from friends Sylvia and Jen Soska, and has a voice over from my beloved Hannah Neurotica. I'm so freaking happy for them all! Yay for female horror.

I especially like shoes that improve my ability to get around by preventing unnecessary knee pain. My knees will not get better. I know this, but I can do things to lessen their deterioration.
