Today I get to eat  jelly, icecream and cake for lunch for 'tis my god-daughter's birthday.

This will be followed by a small amount of time dedicated to "testing" her birthday presents from other people and then trumping them all, once again, by handing mine over- her very own hobbyhorse so she can come "riding" with me and her dad next time.

I now have a new helmet  as I had completely forgotten that I had orderd a single piece conical from GDFB and was told it would arrive by the end of February and now, at the end of February, it is here- joy!

Just got off the phone half an hour after an interview and am now going to be walking the streets looking after binge-drinking kids! Only 12 hours a week but potential for expansion, a regular income that covers the rent at least and a foot back in the door for social work.
