Every now and then I start thinking about what I "should" have done post-high school. I "should" have gotten my associates degree from Massasoit. That would have saved money, I would have worked a part time job in the meantime and achieved a better work ethic. What a start to 2010
Well, I've already called my parents, close friends, relatives and updated facebook, so I guess it's time to spill the beans here.
Seth Andrew Burton asked me to marry him last night.
I said yes.
I am so lucky, happy, and wonderfully excited. No idea when it will happen or even in what state, but I know the rest of my life is going to be incredible.

Yay for employment
For the last few days I have been working for free at a new preschool with no promise of a job. Yesterday I got one! I will be the assistant teacher in the two year old room and the plan is to move up to lead teacher in the the three year old room next August. This place is unbelievable. HPV
So, I had my yearly physical today and once again the vaccine for HPV was offered. This year, however, my doctor seemed dismayed and confused at my continued refusal of this product. My rational is not as "moral" as it was before, but my answer stays the same. Why should I get vaccinated against a disease I have almost no risk factors for? No ( Read more... ) -
