What a brilliant holiday!
I headed off for London last Thursday afternoon and stayed overnight at gatwick airport for and early-ish flight out to Antigua in the West Indies. K folks, so I'm still alive, just haven't been Ljing. All the travel tales are on blogger, but I just thought I'd drop in and say hi.

Currently in Wroclaw, Poland, then heading for Krakow, Warsaw (maybe) and Poznan, before going to Berlin. Only 4 weeks of this madness left to go. Can't wait to get back to work (yeah, right!).

I just remembered after listening to some music that I watched a 'Live at Abbey Road' session on Tv the other night and would like to say that Nerina Pallot is a fucking musical godess!

Booked my return tickets from Europe today. Coming back on the Eurotunnel and then by ferry from Pembroke to Rosslare. So I guess that means I'm committed to coming back now ( Read more... )

Took the van into town early in order to get a parking space and get it taxed. Their 'inspection' consisted of a member of staff peering in through the door of the van for about 20 seconds! Anyway, job done and another one scrubbed off the list. I have it booked into the Peugeot garage on Friday to be checked over for the insurers. The guy there ( Read more... )

It's been a busy day for me today. I had wanted to bleed the braking system on Hermione as the pedal travelled a bit too far towards the floor for my liking, and I reckoned there was some air in the hydraulics causing that.
