I rang the hospital again this morning, and Pippin’s weight has stabilised, which is a really good sign, but he’s still coughing and wheezing. The vet nurse did say that sometimes it takes a day or two for the antibiotics to really kick in, especially since the infection is so deep in his lungs. Poor Pip. Just thought I’d let everyone know, Pippin has been admitted to bird hospital. He was doing alright up until this morning, when he seems to have taken a turn for the worst.
