I've been on a spice food kick for over a week. I've been through 1/2 bottle of hot sauce, 2 jars of chili and just made my 3rd batch of curry in 3 weeks. It's 80 degrees! I was going to go for a run this afternoon but I think I'll go for a nice long walk instead.

I've put together for myself the best PMS reducing smoothie ever! Almond Milk, flaxseeds, cucumber, pineapple, cherries and raspberries. Sounds gross but damn it's good! Garlic also works well for pms but hell if I'm going to add that =)
