Home from Maui...
Oh, yeah, and we we just got back from Maui! It was beautiful, very relaxing, but I had a *nasty* cold the whole time I was there (still have it). So we didn't do/see much. Week 22 Update - The ultrasound!
Today we got to see our *daughter* for the first time! It made me tear up! Almost the first thing we saw her doing was sitting with her feet stuck up near her head (sucking her toes?). Target: This is the big registry full of all the stuff needed/desired on a day-to-day basis
Babies R Us: Mostly nursery stuff, bedding, and some of the more high-end items

Early Morning Cravings and Other Thoughts on Pregnancy...
Orange juice. I *really* want a glass of orange juice right now. I'm seriously thinking about driving around Monroe until I find a place that's open (maybe a fast food restaurant or a gas station?) that will sell me orange juice before 4 o'clock in the morning. 18 Weeks
It has been a while since my last post. There hasn't really been anything new to post in that time except to note that my morning sickness has decreased in frequency to about twice per week and my belly continues to expand. Shirts that covered my belly and the pregnancy band on my pants two weeks ago no longer do so.

There's something alive in there!
I felt Pickle move again this morning. I wasn't quite as sure if I felt something this morning because I was in the shower when it happened. So, unconvinced, once I got out of the shower I put my hand on my belly to see if I could feel anything. Wizard Pickle Update - Week 14
Tomorrow I will be 14 weeks pregnant, beginning my fifteenth week of development.
I totally missed updating last week. The good news is that I'm now into the second trimester!! The morning sickness has significantly decreased in frequency and as long as I don't overdo it I feel pretty good for the most part. Though I have been starting to get ( Read more... ) -
Week 13 Update
I am now twelve weeks pregnant, working on the thirteenth week of development. - At the end of this week I will be through the first trimester!!
I am *so* loving having more energy! Though it still comes and goes... Tuesday I spent the afternoon clearing the winter weeds out of my vegetable garden and cleaning the kitchen but yesterday I came ( Read more... ) -
Weekly Pickle Update - Week 12
Okay, the post is late this week...
I am now 11 weeks pregnant working on the 12th week of development.
I truly am starting to feel better. I have more energy and I don't throw up as often. I still have "morning" sickness more frequently than I like and I had a pretty bad day for feeling queasy on Saturday plus yesterday after work I was so tired I ( Read more... ) -
Pickle Update - Week 11
I am now ten weeks pregnant.
Pickle and I had our first physical exam yesterday. Greg and I got to hear the heartbeat! I thought we were going to get an ultrasound at the appointment but it was just an exam and an opportunity to hear the heartbeat. But it was really neat and it made this feel more real.
