do i practice yoga or beat up my lats at the gym tomorrow? it's an eternal question... i never want to just pick one, but that's really all i have time for.
and my god, i have really GOT to stop eating so many sweets. i had pumpkin pie, a donut and ice cream today, and i only ran 2 miles this morning thanks to a nasty super-blister.

I have found that sitting on the floor, and never in chairs, has increased my flexibility effortlessly and I loves it. I still do yoga, for the back pain mostly, but omgdamn has sitting on the floor ever helped!

Mostly my hips, but also my hams and quads. I tend to sit indian style, maybe from that.

Oh, neat. I often find it more comfortable to sit on cross-legged even on top of chairs; maybe I should do it more often...
