Moved to Louisville about a month ago. I make financial plans and figure out quicker ways to backtest and report portfolio performance. We have about a billion dollars' worth of client money and several different models to work with, so there's plenty of work to go around. Someone very high up in the company intervened when my friend put in his two weeks. It took me by surprise due to the fact that he was almost as low-level as I am. In my experience, listening to music in bed before you gotta sleep is pretty dangerous.

Like half of the entries in this journal are me fucking myself out of much-needed sleep.
