So Hurricane Irene turned into Tropical Storm Irene turned into Massive Fucking Windstorm Irene, and to put it simply, nothing really happened. It didn't even rain. So guess who may or may not be straight in Hurricane Irene's path? Yeah.

I mean, there are still a few days to go, and anything could happen (any of you remember Earl, who turned around at literally the last second and just gave us rain?) but there's absolutely no way I'm not getting out of this without some storms. So a few relevant things!

So, went to a Ludo concert the other day! Yeah I know none of you have any idea who Ludo is it's okay. I was in the car with my friends Sarah and Nick for some two hours on our way to Cambridge and it was so cool.

Yeahhhh, if you haven't heard I'm going to be gone from the second to the tenth/eleventh unless I manage to steal a neighbor's Internet connection. I'm going to be with my dad and he hasn't paid and isn't able to pay his cable bill yet, so no Internet! I am going to be spending a week writing and scooping ice cream. First day of work was yesterday! It...did not go as well as hoped but wasn't a total flop! It was my first day and Megan's first day (although it was my first job) and the of course there was my dad/the boss. And A.J., who had been working since last year, was supposed to show up but then ditched us last minute.

Last day of school was today! It was hardly even a day of school, really. It was more "everybody gets their new schedules and we pretend to be sophomores." I met all my teachers and they were great.
