I remember awhile ago there was some talk about creating a stretching brochure. I had a full day of doing nothing but watching tv and eating today so I decided to take it upon myself and give it a shot.

Six hours later I have created the most informative brochure I could create with all the questions and information I could within a tri-fold ( Read more... )

haha! its all good, i think we all do at some point....maybe you could open it up and do a printscreen, so you take a picture of it, and host the picture? that might be pretty easy....

i took it down because, it would only open as a text only document. i posted some screen caps so you can see how it would look.

ok, so now fourth comment (i feel like im spamming your post...)...this one is to say it looks great!! i agree with johnny5salive about the "guaging" vs "stretching" subtly thrown in there, lol.

but i think you have a mistake on the backside, you repeated steps 2 and 3 at the very top. unless you meant it for emphasis, if thats the case, then just ignore me!

got it!

3. Inserting the jewelry must be done quickly after the taper leaves your piercing. The easiest way to do so is to hold the taper and jewelry together while pushing the taper out with the jewelry. This is the most effective way of inserting jewelry, tunnels and eyelets require a very steady hand because, they lack rounded ends.

You really did a fantastic job on that. All the information is spot on and I think it could be very useful for beginners. You do have numerous small errors throughout, though, like extra commas or repeated or omitted words. Am I understanding correctly that you made it in Word? Maybe you could send me a copy of the Word document in an e-mail and I could make the corrections (I won't make any major changes to the content). My husband can convert it to a .pdf and .jpg and host it on his site for people to download. My e-mail address is in my profile if you'd like me to help :)

I think atrophie's suggestions look good too, do you want me to add those in while I'm at it? Also, any other formats you'd like besides .pdf and .jpg?
