Cassie's second attacker was thrown off but skittered forward on all fours back towards her as soon as he stopped rolling.
Connor's opponent did a very good impression of Nearly Headless Nick and then slumped to the ground.
Jake made short work of the zombie he was fighting, and probably used the zombie's own arm to do it.
Pippi and her dance partner disappeared around behind what seemed like some kind of storage shed. There was a sound like a rubber hose hitting a rotten cabbage.

Seeing with satisfaction that beheading still seemed to kill Zombies, Connor immediately launched himself at another. He decided to stick with the beheading theme.

The zombie did turn and face Cassie, who's foot connected cleanly with it's chest. Her foot sank into the spongy flesh but came back out with an unfortunate *slurp* when the force caused the zombie to stumble back.
Right into Connor's axe.
luckily, zombies are not like worms in that when you cut one in half you end up with two.

Pippi came back around the shed thing wiping her hand on the wall.
"Okay, I guess we know what's guarding the object now... Like I was saying before I was so rudely interrupted... There's a hatch over this way we can climb down into the rafters to avoid the security cameras... and probably any more of these..."

After Pippi leads the group through what the plans say are security camera blind spots they arrive at a metal hatch. Pippi breaks off the pad lock, having no patience after their run in with the "guards" to pick it and opens it up.
There's a short metal ladder leading down to a cat-walk suspended high over the mall.

"I guess they never have to worry about their security force falling asleep during the graveyard shift." Pippi said as she came down after Jake.
And was instantly sorry she did.
"Okay, so this cat-walk is how they service the security cameras see? They're all below us, so they can't see us. Zombies don't strike me as the sort to check in, so the guys we took care of on the roof probably won't be missed for a while I bet. So we're gonna go down this way, and then there's a vent were we can get into the ceiling above a shop that doesn't have much security. We go down into the shop and wait until we get a signal from Walter or Mack that the coast is clear. Sound good?"
"Okay, let's get up this ladder. Who needs a boost?"

She caught him by the arm before he could pounce on the other girl again and the two of them struggled for a bit.
