( The mountains flattened out into yellow green fields, rolling in gentle waves away from the road towards the horizon. Dean drove with his window down, and the smell of tilled earth and the slight scent of fertilizer wafted in on the damp breeze. They hit a patch of construction late in the day passing through Ohio, Dean was following the orange-marked detour along rural streets when the skies opened and delivered on their promise of rain. )

Just got back from the REO Speedwagon concert, and it totally rocked my socks. They played at our county fair, and the outdoor amphitheater holds about ten thousand in "standing room only" capacity, and I'd say it was just about there. Dude, on the ESPYs tonight, Justin Timberlake took a moment out of his opening monologue to go over and give Aaron Rodgers (new QB for the Packers) a big hug and told him to hang in there. It was awesomesauce. The best part? The shot of Favre sitting there looking like the shamed arse he's being. Priceless. Thanks JT!
