Patrol quiet last night, though still successful.   Man littered on the sidewalk.  First sign of a developing criminal.  Only issued a warning--he is alive.  Barely.  Woman attempted to jay-walk, apparently does not know the laws are for her safety.  Handled problem professionally.  She won't forget anytime soon.  These alleys are filled with the ( Read more... )
