ok, so I found my triggers for bad things(which is the first step). Now what do I do about them? these are my triggers: first work of any kind-that triggers cutting, then cutting-that triggers thoughts of suicide. So as long as I work I can't live! I tried to commit suicide numerous times last year. I ended up in the psychward many times. August 5th was my biggest attempt. I guess I don't really know what to post. I don't want to die anymore. I don't want to let down my family. It's just that sometimes I don't know what to live for? Does anyone else feel this way.. so empty?

What do you do when life doesn't even seem worth it anymore?

So, yesterday was my boyfriend's 18th birthday and I went to his house with his family and I actually had fun despite the fact his mom and sister were there.
