I think you should talk to your doctor about your concerns and how you're feeling and your sleep problems, and let him/her help, or at least they'll know if the hair loss is a side effect, ok?

Yeah, I already did, several times, and they run all sorts of tests on me but it didn't really help. Anyway, thanks for your advice^^

Oh, my... Sweetie, if you have to, search for another doctor. There is no reason to go suffering without seeking relief! I guess you can write down what you do know about the symptoms, their history, and what has been done so far. And then you might need to look over your entire health history with a specialist. You never know what might prove to be the important clue that unravels the mystery.

I've watched a few too many episodes of "Mystery Diagnosis," if you can't guess. But some of this is common sense, I feel. Gather information, and don't assume that anything is irrelevant; you never know. And don't forget any accidents or injuries when describing your history!

Take care. Please take care and work toward feeling better. You'll be in my thoughts.

Hmm...tricky dilemma:hair or mind. Out of the two, and having known what my sister-in-law went through when she lost her hair during chemotherapy, I think I'd still opt for maintaining a healthy state of mind. My argument? Well, you can always wear headwear, fancy hairbands, claim something more sympathetic if the truth doesn't work but depression is a whole different ball game. Yes, I've lived with people snickering at me behind my back because of what I look like; so I know exactly how that feels. But I would still choose it over depression, because I was sure who I was and had a sense of control over my body (even though I could not magically make myself beautiful or acceptable to most people ( ... )

*hugs*
Well it is indeed a difficult matter... and I am not really sure either solution is good just by itself... I guess what I am trying to say here is that I am all for the healthier and less pill living but if it deprives you from sleeping then I am not so sure... I am not really depressed (I do feel down most of the time,.. but I wouldn't call it depression) but I have been a sleep deprived wreck for almost 2 years now... I have other health issue because of the lack of sleep... so I would definitely say that sleep is important...
As for the hair... well this is also a big issue for us girls... but I think you can always play with your hair... tie them up differently of maybe a classy new haircut. But this is just my own little opinion...
Ultimately it is entirely up to you... and no matter what you'll find the right thing to do for you ! I really hope you will feel better soon. *hugs you twice*

I'm the same. I don't like taking pills but in that case I really need to take them so =/
Thank you though!

Difficult descision. All I can say is that most health issues come from lack of sleep. Sleep is very important to the overall health of a person.

As far as your hair goes there are some lovely wigs out there for you to purchase and use there are even fillers for your hair. I would talk to your beautician and see what she/he can do.

As far as your meds if you are not happy with your doctor you have every right to find a different one who knows what he/she are doing.

Yeah I guess you're right. I'm a bit too shy to ask for wigs and stuff but still thanks for the advice!
