Arriving back at his apartment, Conner grinned to himself, shaking his head. He didn't know when Jubes would be coming, so he just put on a movie, dimmed the lights, and put on a pair of shorts, before dropping onto the sofa to watch. The movie was BORING.
So, it wasn't long before he was half asleep, dozing lightly against the arm of the couch. -

Conner had gotten dinner and everything ready for Jubilee. As much as possible. He'd cleared off the couch for himself too. All that was left was the girl. He leaned back in his chair, reading a book and waiting for her to arrive. -

Conner opens the door to his apartment, carrying Jubille inside, before kicking it shut behind him. He walks over to his room, and sets her down gently on the bed, before sitting down heavily in the floor.
"Jubilee...I'm sorry." -

Conner flies out of the Nexus question area, over to where the big fight was a few days back, not caring whether Tony is following or not. He lands and turns, folding his arms.
"You have five minutes."
