I really, really understand this. I want change so badly too. This year we plan to sell our house and move city. I've been putting it off for years but the Time Is Now! I hope you can move soon.
I think you've just explained why my husband didn't buy until I met him.
The thing is with owning a house is that it sounds permanent and it *is* harder to move, but if you know you don't want to spend decades somewhere and choose somewhere you could sell easily if you wanted to, it's not that big of a deal, especially since you can always rent it out. Ironically, the house we've just bought is the house we want to stay in forever (which would have been a scary thought to me only a few years ago) and is the one we would find it easiest to sell.
You are right...renting is definitely an option...though in recent years here I've had friends who had to move for work and were stuck with a second home for a long time...even when they were willing to sell it at a loss or just take on renters...but, obviously, it's possible...you just have to be smart about it.

Seriously though I believe the same fungi is the culprit for jock itch and athlete's feet.
And even more seriously - you SHOULD move if you want a change. It's good to shake things up.

I practically have a panic attack signing a two year mobile phone contract. I'll need 30 years just to THINK about signing a 30 year mortgage.
