There's something quite nauseating about being home on a Saturday night with the sounds of a neighbouring party travelling through the open window. I have done an awful lot of shopping this week and the initial joy has been somewhat overrun with feelings of guilt and poverty. I also updated my keyboard. The colours are pretty and make me happy when I have to sit at my desk to do homework.

Last night I went out and it went well considering all the things that had the potential of going wrong. Infact, I might goes as far as to say I had fun. Today I decided that I will go out tonight as well, in the hope that if I have several good going out experiences in succession, perhaps my social anxieties will become somewhat diminished.

A family friend just died, and i'm not sure what I should do. He was pretty much my dad's best and only friend, and they are our families best family friends. This is impossible to understand on any level. He was the nicest, most caring and funny guy. And the worst part was he was healthy, far more healthy than my dad ( Read more... )
