met dawn at the library (which has an awesome collection btw) and then we went to look for materials

this morning i woke up and had breakfast,
went for a run and realised the fullblown impact of my unfitness.
needless to say, i am utterly disgusted at my lack of fitness.
i mean, i haven't exercised since MAY!!! apart from climbing here and there for art and shit.

oh my go*
i've just spent like 20 minutes in the bathroom using a hairpin to scrape off the plaque on my teeth
its stuck on the back of my lower teeth and
THAT is the only place in my mouth that i have plaque
and it bothers the SHIT out of me.
i really feel so bleeding disgusted with myself for having accumulated all that crap in my mouth
