So, I tried to do a system restore, and I kept getting an error message that wouldn't let me continue the process and restarted my computer. I ended up having to take it to a repair shop, just so some techno nerd could charge me $60 to tell me that spyware had hijacked not only my IP address, but my system restore files as well.
